Shopping Terms

The order or product number is listed in white letters and are underlined under the title of each design.

When needing to order an individual design, simply click on the "More Details" button and click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the page to add the design to your basket (all formats listed for that design will be in your download.
When needing to order set, simply click on the shopping basket button at the top right line of the format needed on the sets page. Sets are by the format only.
- At any time you may view your basket by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page.
- If you decide not to order an item it may be deleted from the shopping basket page.
- If there is a Sale, the sale price will automatically reflect in your basket at checkout.
- All designs are not available in all formats so please select your correct format for your ordered sets and make sure the single designs list your needed format.

When ready to check out, Terms must be read and checked before the checkout page will advance to the personal information page.

You will be charged taxes if you reside in Texas.
Our designs are sent by email Instant Download after payment is made
Once through ordering you will receive your instant downloads in the form of email with the links within 1 hour usually within the first 1/2 hour.
Some servers block these emails and these emails may go to your spam or bulk folders so please check these folders
Also whatever email you have at paypal or fill out when ordering when you pay is the email address they will be sent to so please check your account at paypal to make sure it has the current email address. (Order will not go to any email address on order if different from your paypal account or what you enter when paying paypal)

Some servers such as Aol, Comcast, Cox, and several others reject emails with links. Please be sure to add our email to your address books to help allow these emails with your orders. Our email is

All credit cards are processed by PayPal. You do not have to become a member of Paypal to use a credit card.

Forms Of Payment

Sew Snazze Embroidery Designs accepts the following forms of payment through Paypal, subject to the conditions stated below:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Novus, Processed By PayPal
US Postal Money Order (only)
Personal Checks. (Will be held 10 working days before order will be shipped.)
Snail mailed checks and money orders are to be made out to Pamela White
No C.O.D.'s

Shipping

We do not ship snail mail at this time. You many send a money order or check for payment but all designs will be emailed so please choose an email address that will accept attachments.

Tax

Sew Snazzee Embroidery Designs is based in the state of Texas, therefore residents of Texas only are required by law to pay sales tax.

The rest of the United States is tax exempt.

Returns

There is a no refund policy for embroidery designs. Technical help will be supplied.

Please check stitch counts and color counts to see if your machine has capabilites of sizes and stitch counts as there may be higher stitch counts on some of the designs which may split the design. We do not provide help for split designs. Colorcharts included in downloads. It is your responsibility to know your machines capabilities.

Design Policy

Our designs may be altered, resized, used in any way for personal use/gifts. Our designs may not be given away, shared or sold in design format. Our designs may be combined with another digitizers work as long as that other digitizer gives permission to do so for personal use and gifts. (We do not view adding initials, names, resizing, mirroring, or adding decorative stitches to our designs as alterations or combining digitizers work.) Our designs can be used on items for resale and combined with other designers work (with their permission) as long as our design has been used in two-thirds of it's entirety when doing so, and the items are made by the purchaser themselves and not being used/made in mass/commercial uses. All credits for the designs used/sold in retail must be credited to Sew Snazzee Designs if asked for designer information. Any deviation from these rules when retailing products using Sew Snazzee Designs must be approved in writing by Sew Snazzee.

OTHER DESIGNER'S DESIGNS AND PROJECTS RULES

You must abide by each designer's rules on their website about their posted designs, patterns, and project rules. If you do not know what those are you must go to their site and either read their rules or email them. Sew Snazzee and their employees cannot tell you what their rules or policies are. We can only give you our policies concerning our own designs, patterns, or projects.
