Our
designs may be altered, resized, used in any way for personal
use/gifts. Our designs may not be given away, shared or sold in
design format. Our designs may be combined with another digitizers
work as long as that other digitizer gives permission to do so for
personal use and gifts. (We do not view adding initials, names,
resizing, mirroring, or adding decorative stitches to our designs as
alterations or combining digitizers work.) Our designs can be used
on items for resale and combined with other designers work (with
their permission) as long as our design has been used in two-thirds
of it's entirety when doing so, and the items are made by the
purchaser themselves and not being used/made in mass/commercial
uses. All credits for the designs used/sold in retail must be
credited to Sew Snazzee Designs if asked for designer information.
Any deviation from these rules when retailing products using Sew
Snazzee Designs must be approved in writing by Sew Snazzee.
OTHER DESIGNER'S DESIGNS AND PROJECTS RULES
You must abide by each designer's rules on their
website about their posted designs, patterns, and project rules. If
you do not know what those are you must go to their site and either read
their rules or email them. Sew Snazzee and their employees cannot
tell you what their rules or policies are. We can only give you our
policies concerning our own designs, patterns, or projects. |
